This course covers the ins and outs of campus life, provides more information about the resources available to you as a member of the MCAD community, and shares some first steps for beginning your academic journey at Minneapolis College of Art & Design.

Welcome to MCAD!
Our first module contains all your "first steps" and "good to knows." Here, we discuss the Peer Mentor network, campus life, how to pick up (and setup) your MCAD laptop, registering for classes, and the resources available to you as an MCAD student. We end with some tried and true advice for settling into your first year.
Ready to Get Started? Plan to spend about 4 hours reviewing these materials. We ask that you view this material before joining us for the Online Orientation.
